There is a lot of interest and excitement about biodiesel. Besides the prospect of making your own fuel, there are environmental, economic, social, and spiritual reasons for this fervor. Talk is great, but as an engineer there came a time when the emotion and hype had to be put aside and I needed to look at the facts. Well I found some, and they are impressive.
